Privacy Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

Newgrange Marketing LLC builds and hosts websites for businesses in Oklahoma. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are

Newgrange Marketing LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Newgrange" mean Newgrange Marketing LLC. "You" means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, or becomes a client.

You can reach us at [email protected] or (918) 891-0738.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us by form, email, phone, or text, we collect what you send: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Information we collect automatically

Our website records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use this to understand traffic and to keep the site working.

Client information

If you hire us, we hold what we need to do the work: billing details, access credentials you choose to share, content and images for your site, and records of our correspondence.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information. No mobile information, phone number, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy, including sharing with service providers.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to reply to your inquiry, to coordinate your project, and to send the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Where we send text messages on behalf of a client, that client is responsible for collecting consent from their own contacts, and their own privacy policy governs how that contact information is handled.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of outside services to run the business, and they see only what they need to do their job. These include our website host, our email provider, our payment processor, our customer relationship and messaging platform, and our analytics provider. Each is bound by its own agreement with us to handle information appropriately.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, where it is necessary to protect our rights, or with your direction.

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never included in any of this sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technology to remember basic preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may change how parts of the site behave, but you can still read everything on it.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and afterward for as long as our tax and legal obligations require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

How we protect information

We use reputable providers, keep accounts behind strong authentication, and limit who can see what. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in the message, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
